Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, you are authorized to access and use as applicable,
the Scottrade Brokerage service and the Scottrader service (collectively, the 廍services) through the use of the following
software (collectively, permitted Software):
(a) the standard general public releases of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator,
and (b) the standard Internet browsers distributed by America Online, CompuServe, and WebTV, in each instance for use with their respective services.

You agree that such authorization to access and use the Services may be revoked by Scottrade at anytime by
providing notice thereof to you given by any means, and you agree that in the event such authorization is terminated
you will not thereafter access, or attempt to access, the Services. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly,
access or use (or permit others to access or use), any Scottrade web site or the Services through, or in connection with,
any software product other than the Permitted Software including, without limitation, the software known as,
and any software distributed by 2GK, Inc.

You agree that you will access and use Scottrade web sites and the Services only for your personal non-commercial use,
all other access and use being strictly prohibited. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing,
you agree that you will
(a) not use any software tools, procedures or instructions (other than the Permitted Software),
automatic devices or automated processes, or manual process to monitor or access data or content provided through
any Scottrade web site or any Service,
(b) not use any device, hardware or software to bypass Scottrade security,
(c) not disrupt or attempt to disrupt the proper or usual working of any Scottrade site or market data application,
(d) not modify or alter any Scottrade software, or use any software or process to access quantities or amounts of data
that exceed Scottrade limits including, without limitation, attempting to exceed or actually exceeding Scottrade limitation on
the number of stocks on which information may be simultaneously obtained (currently 20 stocks for the Scottrade brokerage
service and 10 stocks for the Scottrader service),
(e) access the information available on the Services solely by manual request and not programmatically by macro or
other automated means, and (f) not take any action that may cause, or that actually causes, an unreasonable or
disproportionately large load on Scottrade infrastructure or servers.
您同意您以個人非商業性目的獲取和使用Scottrade網站及即時報價服務， 其它使用目的是嚴格禁止的。
為了不局限上述的總體性， 您同意您將

You agree not to distribute any software or instructions that could be used to breach any of the terms and conditions
set forth herein. You further agree that damages may not be an adequate remedy to Scottrade in the event of a breach of
any provision of this paragraph by you and that such a breach would result in irreparable harm to Scottrade.
Accordingly, in the event of any such breach or threatened breach, Scottrade shall have, in addition to any other remedies,
the right to, as applicable, (1) specifically enforce such provision, and (2) restrain and enjoin breaches and
threatened breaches by you.
